  • We remind our guests that city tax (euro 3,50 per person per night for the first 10 overnights in Rome) has to be paid in addition to the amount of the reservation. Guests are kindly requested to pay city tax at the check in time
  • Non-refundable reservations (NR): in case of cancellation/no show, no refund is given back to the client.
    As far as all the other kinds of reservations are concerned, no amount will be charged in case of cancellation within 7 days from the check in date. From the 6th day onwards, the client will be charged with the total amount of the reservation.
  • Paid affiliated indoor parking

With its details inspired by spring colours, this large room with a comfortable king-size bed and a single bed that can be added upon request can host up to three people. It is equipped with a wardrobe, small desk, LCD flat screen, ar conditioning/heating, free wi-fi connection, mini-bar and kettle. A cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day full of emotion. Private bathroom with shower cabin with glass doors, sink, WC, bidet, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

No pets not allowed.
Maid service: every day from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Guests are kindly requested to leave the room during the housekeeping
times, otherwise cleaning and towels replacement will not be possible. Clean sheets will be provided on arrival and changed every 4
days thereafter during your stay; they may be changed on specific request. An additional charge will be added (linen € 5.00 and
towels € 3.00). Customer laundry service is not available. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of toilet paper only in the toilet
(for sanitary napkins, food and any other rubbish, please use the waste basket located in the bathroom).
Use of the kitchen: subject to availability. Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen cleaned after using it.
Common areas are provided with video surveillance.
Smoking is not allowed.

Behavior adopted by guests, including minors, is considered contractually relevant and therefore any infringement of these rules and of the common rules of the civil society and of Apartrooms76 will result – based on the opinion of the Management – in the immediate resolution of the contract, requiring the guest to leave the accommodation within 3 hours from the time the facts happened. In such cases, Apartrooms76 is entitled to keep any amount already paid by the guest and to collect balance, even to compensate the damages resulting from the facts. Parents (or legal guardians) are jointly and severally liable of any action carried out by their minor children inside Apartroom76 and must supervise them and make sure that they behave towards the others in a respectful and polite manner, under their direct responsibility, especially as far as the obligation to keep silence, to use bathrooms and toilets properly, which cannot be considered as playgrounds or meeting places, are concerned. Any activity that can bother all the other guests is forbidden. The Management of Apartrooms76 declines any responsibility for the loss of belongings and/or valuables of the guests (each guest must diligently keep his/her belongings/values), for damages resulting from circumstances beyond the control of Apartrooms76 and connected to the belongings/values themselves (weather phenomena, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, fall of trees or branches or anything else having to do with plants, wind blasts, damages to the car or its theft in the parking areas or in the surroundings of Apartrooms76). Before checking out, no discount for any reason is applied for any eventual or assumed disservice resulting from any of the above-mentioned events. From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 10.30 p.m. to 8 a.m., it is strictly forbidden to make any kind of noise that can disturb the rest of the other guests as well as of the co-owners, including talking loudly. The use of radio and TV is allowed at a low volume, especially during rest times. Guests are kindly requested to stay dressed in a decent manner in the common areas of Apartrooms76. It is forbidden to throw paper and garbage outside the waste baskets or leave them in the common areas. Anybody, who causes damages to the building, furniture, facilities and all the other equipment is held liable according to the rules in force. Deliberate thefts and damages will be immediately reported to the police. Before checking out, the staff of Apartrooms76 will check the rooms and the guest will be charged with the costs resulting from fixing eventual damages/replacement of furniture/objects as well as the loss of the keys before checking out.
